Hello

I’m Marisa, and I specialize in creating supportive, sustainable systems for real people, including those who are neurodivergent. I take pride in helping people navigate this fast-paced world with less stress and more ease. When I’m not organizing spaces or streamlining routines, you’ll find me with my family, splashing through water aerobics, or figuring out my next snack.

I help people make sense of systems that feel complicated, frustrating, or impossible to maintain.

As an auditor, I have evaluated many complex systems. This includes identifying what’s working and what’s not, and figuring out how to make systems function better. Before that, I spent years as a classroom teacher, where I designed systems that helped busy classrooms run smoothly—because when systems work, people can focus on what actually matters. I’ve also worked as a professional trainer, which taught me how to break down information into clear, manageable steps that don’t feel overwhelming.

Functional Ease brings all of that together.

I start by understanding your current system—your space, routines, or processes—without judgment. Then I help you design a simpler, more supportive way forward that fits how you actually think and live. The goal isn’t perfection. It’s ease, clarity, and systems that work for you instead of against you.
