Basics
This Photo & Media Release explains how photos or videos of organizing work may be used. Signing this form is optional and not required to receive organizing services.
Purpose
Photos may help document progress or demonstrate organizing systems. This release allows you to choose whether images of your space may be used beyond your project.
What may be captured
Photos or videos may include:

Before-and-after images of organized spaces

Close-up images of systems (shelves, bins, drawers)
Photos will not intentionally include faces, personal documents, or identifying details unless you give specific permission.
How images may be used
Please let us know what the level of permission you grant:
Permission Granted: I give permission for photos/videos of my space to be used for:

Portfolio or website examples

Social media

Educational or promotional materials
Permission Limited: I give permission for photos/videos to be used only for private portfolio or educational purposes, not public marketing.
No Permission: I do not give permission for photos/videos of my space to be used beyond my project.
Privacy and control

Images will not be shared with names, addresses, or identifying details.

You may revoke permission in writing at any time for future use.

Revocation does not require explanation and will be respected.
Agreement
By providing your agreement level, you confirm whether Functional Ease has permission to take photos/videos and understand that this release is voluntary.
